I was forced onto first shift after being on third shift for the better part of over 20 years. Falling asleep has been extremely difficult. I have found that if tired when I get home, taking a couple puts me into an extreme deep sleep and I get a full night's rest. On the other hand, if I stay awake past my initial response, Serenity puts me in a relaxed mood that just helps melt the day away.

First of all, you’ll get over the taste lol. First bite is very good, then the aftertaste hits. But the effect is totally worth it. I’ve got my boyfriend on this too. Cured Nutrition has SAVED my sleep routine. Ever since switching over my worrying has gone way down, and my sleep, well, I am sleeping like I am in my teens again. No tossing and turning, no waking up in the middle of the night, and such vivid dreams every night. If you are on the fence, just do it and never look back.
Works great when I need to take the edge off. Kicks in after about 30 minutes and does make me tired so I tend to take closer to bedtime, but if I have a tense afternoon I’ll take one.

I didn’t realize how well these were working until I ran out and stopped taking them for a while. I couldn’t figure out why I was suddenly more worrisome and agitated again, and then I remembered that I’d run out of my gummies. I’m now on a subscription plan haha. My only note is that if you are sensitive to bitter flavors, go with the Passionfruit. I found the Tangerine flavor intensely bitter to the point of not actually tasting any flavoring at all.
I like the taste of these. I think 1 usually helps me wind down at night. I take about 1-2 hours before bed.
